You can make them yourself. All you do is get two left lenses or two right lenses and put them in the same pair of glasses.

 

The way this works is that there's two separate images that are separated by you wearing different lenses so you get two different pictures making it 3D. If you use the same left or right lenses, you'll get the same image in the eyes making it 2D.
