You'd think maybe after the first three times somebody comes into your office and says, very clearly, that they are unable to work any weekdays and any weekend (I can work weekday evenings) that you'd stop putting them in for those hours on the rota. Especially when said person explained the hours they can't work and why during the interview, you know before you hired them. And when they do come into your office, and say they can't work, you don't make them feel like an unreliable dick who never turns up for work.
SAID PERSON IS ME.
I don't even know what shifts I've told them I'm unable to be at anymore, or when they've got cover for. All the staff are really nice doggy!y about each other too so no doubt they're saying the same thing.
Blergh. I'm going in with a full on fudgeing calender tomorrow and putting it on their desk. They're turning me into such a whiny little nice doggy!, I hate it.
Also it was pretty pointless me getting a job if i can't do any of the hours to get the money I need.
