Things I'm trying to incorporate into my lifestyle.
Never procrastinate on things that take less than 5 minutes to do.
If you're having an off day, do something for yourself. Extra long shower, Buy clothes, go to the gym, go for a walk, go for a drive, etc.
Don't settle for less than what you deserve. Know what you're worth.
Put your full effort where it's deserved and worthy. Put enough to get by elsewhere.
Think with logic, not with emotion.
Stress should never get to you. Unwind with SOMETHING, but do not ever, punch something/someone.
Never argue. Agree if it's a minor problem, or debate if it's major. Arguing leads to yelling which leads to off topic fiddlesticks and stress.
