Working out and getting fit

So atm I think i'm 5'4 and 120 pounds.

I am very very skinny and when I flex my biceps people go like ouch. Its because my arm is wider from my hand to the elbow than from the elbow to the shoulder.

My hips are very thin. Weird fora guy

and my butt is big (or I find it to be and when i look in the mirror its looks like a hump which I don't like)

I'm pretty good at sports but can't do any real pushups or situps (maybe a few situps but no pushups)

What can I do to get fit? What can I start off doing. I have lots of weights which you do bicep curls with and I also have a bench which you can lift your legs with/sleep and work your chest out.

What should I start off doing?

btw also have atreadmill.

Should I change my diet? I eat quite a bit and eat everything.

thanks ^.^

Start off? Do pushups and sit ups. You'll probably only manage sets of up to like, 5 or so at first, but that's all you need.

Do a few sets in a work out mixed with other stuff, build it up - when you get to 5, push for that 6th, or 7th - and so on.

Don't need no weights, not to get started anyway.

Treadmill for general fitness, why not.

Diet, eat more meat. Don't bother with diet stuff - eat sugar, and fat. It's good for you.

Pushups - You CAN do it. Start with one. You WILL do it. If you can't do a man one (shoulder width hands, all the way until your chest is almost touching the floor), do whatever is a little easier so that you can do ONE. Be that wider arms, or not going down as far. Build this up until you can confidently do one man pushup, then do two, then 3, then 60. With the bits in between if you really want.

Sit ups, Run, do sports. Really, get swimming or playing rugby (or better - both).

Finally, don't bother. Fasting is such a complication.

I just came back and I wanted to say that I can swim OK in the shallow end. Its just that I've never dared to jump into the deep end cause I might just drown. I never took classes or anything.
