  • I have exams in a week and I've done shizzle all.
  • Tomorrow's my last day of year 11.
  • I broke up with him.
  • My English teacher told my class that we've been the best class she's had in the past 5 years. Came as a massive shock for all of us, did not expect that at all. She's an extremely good teacher but her teacher-student relations are...non-existent. She was in a very good mood yesterday, and today she told us...
  • She's getting married! That's probably why. She's never in a good mood. Sucks that it's only come out in the last week of school. Ah well, it's been an interesting year in English.
  • 2 class parties today. So full.
  • I want to get 500 entries already.
  • I'm hungry.

It's not yet too late to study for your GCSE finals. Being someone who has been through them, I can honestly say that 3-4 days of good, solid work for each subject is more than enough to get you an A and considering all the study leave you'll have in between each exam, it's very VERY likely that you'll do well if you just apply yourself.

Everything you need to know can be crammed in within 3-4 days. Just relax and start studying.

Relax and studying should not be in the same sentence D:

It's year 11 exams anyway, not that important compared to year 12 exams (equivalent of GSCE's I think?). I have 6 subjects to power through - 4 in the first week and 2 in the second. Ahhh.

Oh, sorry. I thought you were taking the UK system. Didn't realize it was the Australian one.

Your lack of study leaves sucks. We had a period of a month for all our exams. I'm sure you can do well though. Just time your studying well and pull off all nighters if necessary.

Sacrifices need to be made sometimes and if it means a week of good night's sleep lost and no social life, so be it. You'll get a long break afterwards anyway.

Don't worry, she also told that to every other class she's taught in the past 5 years :P

We get study leave in year 12, not sure for how long though (a few weeks at least). The only thing that matters in year 11 is whether you pass or not so all goods.

Yeah we don't get any study leave for mocks but about 2 weeks for WACE exams.
