highschool

O hai im KAMIL

So Thursday I finished my last exam, and with it finished my schooling. During the last 10 minutes of the exam I couldn't help but smile at the thought of moving on... It's not that I dislike highschool, I've had a great experience all the way to the end but I feel like I've had enough. Results come out December 15th and Uni offers shortly afterwards, so a nervous wait 'till then. Year 12 has been a great experience for me though, I'm lucky in that my teachers have all been immensely devoted to their work and I've developed some great relationships with them, and they've taught me a lot. Same with my entire year level. Ours is a pretty small cohort in general and so pretty much everyone knows each other, which means we're all friends and it makes going to school that much better. Ah well, bai all except a few close friends :P

Now that I have nothing but free time, I need to get a job somewhere. I wouldn't mind a retail store, stacking shelves might seem boring but I think I could find it peaceful and easy enough. Fast food is a big no-no though :P My parents are going to be barking on me to hurry up and get a job, so I guess I'll get on it soon.

I don't know if I want to get back into Runescape at the moment, I'm just not feeling it. I'll try to increase my productivity and presence on the forums, but yeah I'll probably hold out on resubbing for a couple weeks.

So that's just a brief update of my life for anyone who cares. See ya around :)

Have you and your friends organized a completely disorganized mess of simultaneous graduation parties? That's always a prerequisite to a fulfilling graduation.

Have you had graduation yet? Yearbooks? The prom? End of highschool things?

Yearbooks will be coming soon, and no on the prom although we do have a valedictory in a weeks time, which is like a farewell ceremony with awards and dancing and shizzle.

Congratulations Kamil! College is fun.

Honestly I haven't seen 70% of the people I graduated with (class of about 70). This is good and bad.

Thanks, and yeah I've kinda anticipated this but I don't mind. I think I'll still keep in touch with ~10 or so close friends and just ditch everyone else :P It's kinda good, cuz I put up with a lot of people that I found pretty annoying...

Haha yeah, I love how in the end of High School everybody is like "we'll always be together" or "we will always be the class of [year] at heart" but then a year later nobody even acknowledges each other. :P
