Doraku was chopping the Seers oaks, when he suddenly noticed that there were pumpkins at the base of the trees. On the trees, Skeletons and skulls were hanging from the branches. "It must be Halloween" Doraku thought.

Sobend is right. It's called "Day of the dead" in Mexico.
