Shutter Island is very good. It's not really horror, but more of a psychological thriller. Great film. Ryan Gosling has some great movies planned out the next couple of years, more along the lines of Drive than anything else. The Artist is finally opening up where I live in NY :( I'll be checking out during the Holiday Break. Let's see if it lives up to all the awards hype.

The trailer looked amazing, as did the prologue. It is online in poor quality, but the message is clear. Gotham is about to enter its darkest state, and Batman has his true "unbeatable" opponent. Also, the football scene blew me away. I can't await to watch the Midnight IMAX show :(

WHY WHY WHY did the Clippers do this trade? They would have made the playoffs with the old team with CP3. Cp3 has been on the decline since 2007 when he finished 2nd in MVP Voting. Since then, he's had knee injuries and his stats have been decreasing since. He had a very good, but not superstar type of season last year. I feel the Clippers gave up far too much for CP3, who may or may not sign a contract extension. The Clippers should have only traded one of Gordon or 1st Round Pick. The T-Wolves are def going to have a bad year and a high draft pick. The Clippers better hope to achieve some major success... they gave up what would have been the 1st overall pick in the previous draft already.

Even if the Hornets are NBA owned, the deal shouldn't be cancelled. The Hornets benefitted SO MUCH from this trade. The pieces they would have got, Odom, Martin, Scola, it would have been better than having just CP3.

I just saw Hugo in 3D. The 3D was magnificent, as good as Avatar's. The 3D brought the setting to life, it was quite an experience. Very good film from Scorsese, easily the best film of the year along with Drive so far. MUST-WATCH!

Hey, so I look at my laptop after 5 minutes, and I notice a red "gush" on the laptop screen, that looks like blood, except it's like in the computer background. Is that definitely a broken screen, or a graphic card problem? If it is a broken screen, how much would it cost to repair, and is it risky to just use the laptop as is? I don't want further damage. It's bearable for now...

Hugo was called a "masterpiece" by James Cameron, and Cameron also stated it was the best 3D visuals he has seen... Can't wait to watch it!

I saw J. Edgar yesterday. Leonardo Dicaprio was phenomenal, likely winner of the Oscar for Best Actor. As far as the movies goes, I was extremely dissapointed. Too long and monotonous. While the movie was still good, it didn't live up to the hype and didn't seem like an epic Clint Eastwood/Dicaprio movie that it set out to be.

Tintin hasn'tbeen released in America yet. I can't wait for these last 2 months of the year. J Edgar coming out next week, then the descendants, and hugo. Top 3 movies to watch for November, plus u have melancholia and my week with marilyn.

I just cried in a movie for the first time today, while watching 50/50. TREMENDOUS MOVIE.
