I'd like it to have a name I won't have to repeat when I'm telling people.

    It looks like a squier.

    Call it "Guitar."

    Not a squier.

I already call it that, looking to CHANGE the name.

  2. Absolutely freaking love Killzone 3. The story (which I just finished, why I'm here) is so much better than 2, and the game itself is just gorgeous. The graphics and animations are the best I've seen probably in any game. Gonna hop on multiplayer later tonight :o

EDIT: Multiplayer is better too. They added just a team deathmatch type thing so you don't have to play as long, and a semi-new game type called Operations. It's basically Warzone but with set objectives based on the story, and if you're good you get to see yourself in cut scenes between objectives. It's awesome.

    So how's Killzone 3 guys?

I was watching gameplay of it on Youtube, and the graphics look pretty cool.

    See above :wizard:

    Killzone 3 on Tuesday ;)

    Oh Mai God

Sony has announced the release date for Infamous 2. The game will ship in North America on Jun. 7, 2011.

    I'ma cry tears of joy

Sweet! I'm going to have to delay getting LA Noire now though. I was hoping inFamous would come out around October ;)

Finally have Heavy Rain - I've been doing an update for god knows how long though, and it's only 60% done.

I think it's so you can play it with PS Move, and I don't have one so it's a massive waste of 1GB hard drive space, but meh.

Really? I just got Heavy Rain too ^_^

That's what I haven't been on in a while, all my free time has gone straight to that. I just finished yesterday :)

    It's so brilliant!

    few spoilers for everyone else:

I already knew who the killer was (my friend told me ;)) but I was still like :D

None of my characters died, apart from right at the end when Ethan shot Scott

Just did another update for Gran Turismo 5 because my friend wants to race me. And I'm listening to the music on it while I wait. It's really good. Didn't know Plastiscines and Hot Hot Heat were on it :)

I didn't know who the killer was at all. Near the end I had to pause and think about it :)

Throughout the whole game pretty much I was guessing Blake, so I was totally off guard.

But I guessed that the poison really wasn't poison, so I get props there ;)

I didn't guess, I thought it was really poison, but I'd only passed two challenges out of four until then so I needed more numbers for the address... in the end even that wasn't enough so I guessed it

I need to find another game to get into now though D:

Which ones did you fail? The only hard one I thought was the first one.

I found the first one easy, but for the one with the electricity I kept getting shocked and there was a cutscene where he took the 'cowards way out'

And then I was feeling very conscientious when I had to go shoot the man, so I let him off. ;)

edit: just realised this was my 5000th post ;)

Hmm, I didn't find that one really that tough. I think I messed up once or twice :o

  6. From the end of February till the release of Black and White, Celebis are being released world-wide in what will probably be the final Gen IV event pokemon distribution. Make plans to nab one when they're available!

    Bulbapedia event info

I'll probably pick that up when I head to Gamestop later this month (Killzone 3 :()

I probably won't even use Celebi though, just get it for completions sake :D

  7. Completed AC:B, quite disappointed by it to be honest :D I loved 2, but Brotherhood felt really short and it didn't really give me that sense of accomplishment and progression like number 2. By no means a bad game, and had great potential, but definitely not up to the standard of its predecessor.

Really, that's interesting. I thought Brotherhood innovated a lot since 2 and made everything much more accessible and easier to use.

  8. I didn't even know this topic existed :(

I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to buy SoulSilver, since I hadn't played any Pokemon since I beat FireRed/LeafGreen. SoulSilver got me back into Pokemon, and I'll probably be buying Black or White.

And I don't even bother worrying about the names anymore. I've just gone with it ever since Ruby/Sapphire :P

Their probably still reworking the Casino for the concerned parents who understand nothing of basic psychology and the like.

What's next? A removal of all dragon types? After all, dragons are big and scary.

They can't get rid of Dragonite :D

I would never buy another Nintendo game.

  9. A lot more active on PS3 now. My old account went totally weird, so I'm basically starting a new Handle from scratch.

    Add me: Dannnehhh-

Killzone 3 is amazing. One of the most beautiful games I've ever played.

    Will do.

    And I don't get Killzone 3 until the 22nd :D

  10. I've done a regular run now but I don't really go online all that much, my brother might be up for a game sometime though. He's better at PvP stuff than I am, anyway.

I absolutely loved it. Only used the Plasma Cutter for my first run, but ima use more on the next. The ending was surprisingly hard, considering the simplicity.

Only the plasma cutter? I couldn't resist trying all the new guns my first time through.

I find it easier only having to carry one type of ammo, only upgrade one weapon, etc. :wizard:

fudge, survival horror is amazing.

Yea, but have you tried the Seeker Rifle? It's so much fun. Every time I get a zoomed in kill I yell profanity at the necromorphs just cuz it's so damn awesome.

And I agree. Have you gone down to the Ishimura yet? When that second brute popped out I almost screamed, it was awesome :o

Yeah, I played for most of the day and did the story as fast as I could. :o

I got the no-damage brute kill on the last one in the game ;) I think it was a black one too.

I loved all the flashbacks in the Ishimura, like when the brute's arm smashes through the wall. Or when the giant tenticle thing grabs you. :)

I got the no damage brute kill on the first one in the game ^_^

And yea, I liked that too. Same with the gravity centrifuge on the ship, there was still a stasis and air refill station in the room, even though you didn't need it (in this game)

I always got hit exactly once. :)

When power comes back on at my house, I'll try a trophy run.

Also, I very much enjoyed the handling of zero-gravity in this version. :)

Yes, I agree. Zero gravity was way more fun and challenging.

I'm working my way through a Zealot run. fudgeing hard ;)

  12. Here I am again asking for more game selection advice

I have £27 worth of Amazon vouchers from Christmas. Should I put that towards pre-ordering a new game (was thinking Portal 2, LA Noire or Ico Collection) or use it to buy Heavy Rain or Demons Souls.

Can't make up my mind, kind of leaning towards putting it on a pre-order and getting Arkham Asylum as thats only £10. What do you guys recommend?

I'd recommend the preorder and Arkham Asylum. Demon Souls is good, but all the other games you've said are better in my opinion, and you can wait for Heavy Rain to go down like Arkham Asylum is now, and buy it later :wizard:

Just sayin', Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4 is the best thing ever at the moment. This is so gonna be my first platinum trophy.

You said that about Harry Potter 6....

She REALLY likes Harry Potter ^_^

  14. Got Dead Space on Thursday, but I haven't been home until now. As soon as people stop talking to me, I'm turning the lights off, sound up and playing that shizzle 'till dawn.

When you're done with the story, let me know. I'm dieing for decent people to play the multiplayer with :D

Call of Duty has corrupted mp, everyone just wants to kill kill kill and never focus on objectives.

  15. Why the fudge isn't the NGP (psp2) being discussed????

Quad core Cortex A9 ARM processor (BEAST)

    Capacitive screen

    Capacitive backing

    gps,wifi,3G

    Sixaxis

    2 cameras

    4x resolution of current psp

    5 inch screen

    TWO THUMBSTICKS

Seriously, eboners ensue for hours on end.

PSP Go sounded good at first too :D

Plus, I stick with Nintendo for handhelds. I believe they make better ones.
