Glad to hear you're doing well! If you still enjoy adventuring and hiking, you should pop over to New Zealand sometime after the bubble re-opens.

My fantasy teams suck and I hate football.

You stalker! How was your frisbee thing?
Haha yeah I'm just trying to follow you everywhere!
9th in the world and the spirit award, so we're pretty chuffed. Perth was incredible and driving across the Nullabor was a fantastic experience (although I don't think I could do it again, we drove a total of 6000km in less than two weeks). I think I'll have to go back sometime and do more of the west coast, apart from Perth we only stopped in Margaret River for a couple of hours.

Nah head down the east coast, I'll be heading that way in August and you could give me suggestions

I still check in here every so often as well. Not that I ever post anything lol

Ohh damn, if Canada ends up all working out then I'll be over there from Dec '17 till April/May '18. What's the occasion? I'll travel to New Zealand + Christchurch one day... :P
I'll be participating in this! I'll probably fly in sometime around New Years to start preparing, and then I'm gonna drive back across to Melbourne/Sydney with a friend afterwards. Definitely let me know if you're around :)
That looks super fun, I expected something rugby-like tbh. You'll definitely have to get used to playing in our summer heat, it's always a scorcher. I'll make another entry anyways detailing the Canada thing and if I'll be going or not, so I'll let you know!
Wow, just because I'm from New Zealand you automatically assume something rugby related? Racist :P

I understand the hype and appeal but tbh I don't really like the silhouette.
fair enough, bred 11s will always be my favourite sneakers
I'm not a fan of basketball sneakers in general, the only style I like are the 1s and even then mostly in specific colourways.

IMHO just wait for the bike. Save your money and then buy one when you're more independent.

Yeeeeesss, come to Christchurch! The only thing Auckland has going for it is the nightlife (honestly, Christchurch has not had anything good since the earthquakes). Otherwise it's a just a big, poorly planned city. Christchurch is also a great base because the south island is much better to travel around and sightsee.

I was in London when Brexit happened. Gotta say, it was hilarious. You guys fudgeed up

you say that but it was the lizard people who got us to this point

What are you doing next year?

Doesn't your university have a free gym that you can attend?
Also, in regards to fitness, I'd suggest sport. I hate running or working out. But I'm a competitor. Put me on the field with an opposition and I'll do my best to win, and that's how I retain my fitness - playing sport 4 or 5 times a week. As for what sport, may I suggest ultimate frisbee. It'll be nothing like you've ever done before and it's a heap of fun.
Did I just see university and free in the same sentence? Pfft, if only :P . There is a gym there but you've gotta pay the normal rates. Yay Australia. I have tried doing sports, such as hockey for a few years, but I feel like it got me nowhere. I'm not a very sporty/fit person at heart, so that probably wouldn't work out. I've played ultimate frisbee quite a bit in high school, and it is a really fun sport, but my main problem is running a lot, so the 'fun' aspect is overshadowed by feeling like dying. The sports that would be good for me are things like badminton and table tennis rather than field sports, but that doesn't exactly get you fit. Meh, trying a bit of everything here.
Ouch, that sucks. We pay a student services levy as part of our tuition, and as a result we get free access to the gym as well as a bunch of other services provided by the student's assocation.
is anyone even alive??
