      Technically a level 99 is always free, but there is the time-to-effort ratio which comes into play. No one wants to spend 300 hours on a skill which gives little rewards, when you can powertrain it in 40 for an acceptable cost. :P

      One of my friends moved out of his mom's apartment and into another one in the same complex.

       

      It seemed pretty funny, but he definitely needed to live on his own and he got to visit for dinner.

      Keep in mind you'll have to pay 15% GST for goods over a certain amount of money ($700 I think), unless you're able to sneak it in (maybe bring an empty PS3 box and dump the PS4 in there?).

      Nah, I'm only in Australia to see Muse. Go there, stay a night, watch them the next night, leave the next day. I think I get back exactly a week before we leave for the USA.
