It won't cost much for 99 herb for 96? It is going to cost you alot more than you think.. If you're concerned about not being able to afford firemaking or fletching levels then something is wrong if you're contemplating for 96-99 herblore. It would be cheaper to get 1-99 firemaking than 96-99 herb.

I'm finally getting around to posting my 99 Defence. I think I got this on the 4th of Feb, I got it from a mix of barraging Dagannoths and ranging Icefiends at Ghorrock :) Along with this came 200 combat! Then today, I finally managed to get 99 Herblore! So that's 99 #9 and #10 :)

If it took you 3 minutes to kill a lumby guard you're doing it very, very wrong. Go to the Combat Academy, which you can teleport directly to with the Combat Academy tab and learn how to EoC.
