This evening for example, I forget which server I was on but it is not a globally popular one (actually, unless trading, I seek out thinly-populated servers); It was totally lagging for almost an hour then all of a sudden began running fast/correctly. There are many factors to this issue I am sure. Thanks again! ;) From my personal experience, Australia/New Zealand servers have some serious lag problems but only rarely and at certain times of the day (late night). I don't know what worlds you play on but that could be a similar issue and possibly fixed by knowing what worlds to avoid at certain times? Actually I play on the Australia/New Zealand servers sometimes; generally I have no issues with them. Tonight when I play later I will try both and post back here about how well they work.

Last evening when I logged in from the East Coast, I selected one of my favorite worlds (this is usually 1, Canada, Norway or East Coast 2). I do not at this moment remember the event exactly but when I decided to immediately log-out a pop-up displayed informing me that if I exited now I would "lose my place in line". I have never seen this before. I looked at the World select page and saw numerous Worlds noted as ("Full"). Does this have something to do with the release of the Invention skill? I really do not see how it could be. Even if I was to start Invention it does not mean I would have to be in any specific Member's World (?) And on another note (I am not going to make a separate post here about this): What exactly is the problem with RS servers and the Decade+ lag issues? Have they never heard of server load-balancing? I am on a fast machine running through fiber-optics and I lag worse than ever! (to the extent that sometimes I just have to quit playing for the evening as the frame-rate is so jumpy and unacceptable). And, I have never in all of these years seen RS staff openly address the server/lag issues publicly (although everyone seems to complain and is affected by it). Thanx!

Has anyone here completed the Haunted mine quest? So far I keep trying but failing; the main part is with using the correct levers to reset the mine-cart track. Fails every time. Most tutorials give you the same pattern to select in order for it to work - Sounds simple until you try it and it fails over and over. Some tutorials say each rail pattern is randomized per player. I am not sure this is true. There is a map to go off of which supposedly gives the answer; I am quite good at reading maps but this thing is one of the most confusing maps I've ever seen. About to bail on this quest at this point although I do not want to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi. Yes, I am using Kayle's chargebow. There ya go! Yeah that bow doesn't use any ammo. I recommend using a maple shortbow at your level until you can use magic shortbow. Buying a Maple w/Mith arrows as we speak!

Hi. I have just reached Level 99 Magic, got my first skillcape ever. Awesome. :D Now, I have decided to pursue Ranging (which I have started training in the Lumbridge catacombs). But I have noticed something strange; I started off with 1,000 bronze arrows equipped but after about 2-Hours of game play, ranging, I still have 1,000 bronze arrows. Weird. I am not picking them up (nor do I even really see them available to pick up). Is this an automated feature, recovering arrows from an area you train in? Thanks! ;)

Can you explain specifically what/where you mean by "Hero" icon?

Hi. I am a few days away from reaching lvl.99 Magic :) The next skill I am thinking of pursuing is Farming. Reading about Farming on the RS Wiki it talks about an Explorer Ring (3) which provides unlimited teleports to the cabbage patch; to recieve this you have to complete sets of "Tasks". Most of the tasks I can perform easily to achieve this ring. My question is this: is there an area in the RS client that lists and displays all tasks, completed or incomplete? If there is I cannot locate it anywhere. Thanks!

I just reached level 93 Magic last night and figure I will achieve 99 within a month or so. I am thinking about which skill to train next: I am thinking of either Range or Farming. I tried out Farming last night for a bit. It is fun but I am not sure if I can commit to it to level 99. Also, I am thinking I need to start making some more money again, soon, and Ranging may provide that moreso. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have just been using it while training Magic; gives a nice boost to my XP :)
