    Zombie Apocalypse

OOC: Alright, will do. IC: A hand tugged at Morse's hand, and he twisted his wrist and thrusted his combat knife into that rotting face. He then turned around and fired two consecutive shots of his pistol at a zombie, one at the torso and one at the head. The zombie wouldn't be bothering anyone anymore. Quickly he flicked the gun over his shoulder, and checked every conceivable angle that something could come from around him. There was nothing but silence. He was safe for now. He looked at the dead bodies on the floor around him, and in particular a young, blonde, uniformed man lying still on the floor, with his light blue eyes wide open. Morse sighed and bent down. "Recquiesat in pace," he muttered, closing his eyelids. He then proceeded to strip the soldier of the patrol of his ammunition, as well as the other soldiers of theirs on the floor; they wouldn't be needing it where they were going. He then stood up, preparing to leave, before noticing something odd. He counted the numbers of soldiers on the floor and paused. He's not here. Morse looked along the dirt for clues, and noticed a faint trail of blood leading about ten metres away beyond some bushes, and Morse cautiously followed it. As he got to the end of the trail, he found a body at the end of it. A breathing body. As the man raised his head, Morse could see that he was wounded. "So it comes down to this...", the man spat, his deep wounds dripping with blood. "What can I say, karma," Morse replied unsympathetically. The man lying injured on the ground appeared to be angry, but he couldn't do anything. He was almost unable to move. Stuttering, the man tried to get to his feet and grabbed onto Morse's shoulder. "H-help me," he pleaded, tears forming in his eyes. Morse removed the hand from his shoulder, and threw the man backwards, who staggered and fell to the ground. "After what you did to me?" he questioned aggressively. "I'd rather see you suffer." With that, Morse walked slowly away from him towards a nearby cave, leaving him to the scavengers, unless he succumbed to the infection first. "MORSE!" Morse paused, and turned one last time. "You're going to hell!" the man screamed, before sinking deeper to the floor. Morse's expression remained unchanged. "I'm already in hell," he replied, and turned his back on the dying man.

    The Land Of Habok

OOC: Is there any point writing a new application to join the roleplay for this chapter, or shall I just wait until after the epilogue to make a character?

    Zombie Apocalypse

Is it too late to apply? If not, here's my app. Name: Morse Gender: Male Age: 32 Appearance: Dark brown hair, short back and sides. Light green eyes, stubble around his chin. Height is 6"4, and he is relatively fit and muscular. Often tends to sport a pair of scruffy white trainers, dark blue jeans and a smart checked shirt. He also carries shades, that he occasionally wears. Background: Born into a somewhat well off family, the son of a businessman, he was brought up with a good education. He took a degree at the University of Yale in Law, and after graduating at university he decided to join the Los Angeles Police Department. He remained in the LAPD for a few years, he enjoyed the job and it was good pay. However during a murder case, one of his colleagues framed him for a murder after he had got a promotion, and Morse was sentenced to a life jail term. During his jail sentence he became known by his surname, Morse, and he's stuck with it ever since. In 2011, new evidence appeared that suggested Morse wasn't the murderer after all, and he was eventually released in 2012. If he was honest though, it seemed more like hell out in the real world than in the prison.

    April Fools!

Gotta admit, I didn't realise it was an April Fool joke until the mass promotions, the big argument was pretty convincing. Well played. :D

What if I like being a headless chicken? :P
  12. Callum_2a

Suppose so, but it really doesn't seem like one with all the extreme negative reactions, plus it isn't even April Fool's Day. To be honest though, at this rate, I really can't see anything being done for april fools. :/

@Easl, I can see where you're coming from, but it could definitely do w/o all the hatin'. And thanks

    Generic Adventure Game!

The wording in the first post. I understand the envious bit to get to the next clue, but it's been reworded, which has stumped me since something that I was trying relied on the fact that they were different words. (I probably sound like I'm talking nonsense atm. Or I am talking nonsense. One of the two. ) EDIT: Yeah, it was due to that. I already had that bit of the clue worked out, but I was trying something with the words. EDIT2: Ah, I missed something. Found it now though.

    Generic Adventure Game!

I know what the down bit is I think, but Cam changing his mind with the first post has stumped me. D:

    Generic Adventure Game!

I looked for a long time before I came to the conclusion that 1) The clue has not yet been released or 2) I am an idiot. Not sure whether I'm not supposed to talk about it, so mods can feel free to edit this out, but there is a new passworded section in Scape Lounge. Kinda obvious but thought I'd point it out for anyone that didn't know. I've being searching through all the stickies and haven't come up with anything. Hopefully someone will find something... Found something! http://runescape.salmoneus.net/forums/inde...p?showtopic=178 Well, that's my contribution to the game Raam, I'm not sure, but I think that clue was around last puzzle hunt. Weird Yup, it was. And here we go again.

Barrel Puzzle Help - A Void Dance

My friend needed help with A Void Dance, on the barrel puzzle, as he didn't know where each barrel should be. I eventually worked it out and sent him a pic, which helped him. So without further ado, here's the pic for the layout of the barrels before you send the empty one through the hatch, hopefully it'll help.

A Fairy Tale Part III – Battle at Orks Rift

You can also do this without Nuff's Certificate. When I did it you could walk into any fairy ring outside of Zanaris, and it would automatically bring you to Fairy Very Wise, even without the certificate. Don't know if this was deliberate though, so it might have been changed in the bug fix, so someone who hasn't started the quest yet may need to verify this. Another hidden reward is that if you talk to the Tooth Fairy after completing the Quest, she'll give you a Tooth Pet if you give her the following teeth: Kebbit tooth Suqah tooth Old tooth Monkey Dentures Human child's tooth

    A Guild Of Our Own

Exploring is good for you! :D ++ He left several years back and all of his quests were simply amazing to play through. They didn't have years of experience or fancy graphics behind them, but were simply great fun and provided the lake near the Mountain Camp... Nope, where is it? There's the tiny chicken farm near the sheep pen, and if you go round the back of the farm, you'll find some onions and other stuff.

    A Guild Of Our Own

You did realise there was an onion farm right outside the thieves guild? :P

    Buyers And Cellars

Personally, I liked the quest as a whole. The first part of it I just considered as an introduction, so I didn't really judge anything on that. The second assignment of the quest I quite enjoyed, and it was pretty fun figuring out what to do. I also got an awesome monacle out of it, so I can't complain. The third part was a bit boring with collecting the items, but they didn't take too long to collect, so it wasn't overly bad. Since you haven't done it yet I won't say much about the last part, but I did enjoy it, even though it's pretty easy. They could've done things better, but the way you had to complete each assignment was quite interesting. It's left open for a sequel/a possible quest series, so I'll wait and see how they do with the next quest in the Thieves Guild series. On a side note, definitely agreed that the Void Knight quests will be epic. :P

    Dungeoneering Skill!

Love the skill, even if it is minigame like, but a change of scenery wouldn't go amiss. And the xp rate isn't as bad as you get into the 20s, normally tend to get 500-1500xp per game.

    Lvl 120 In A Skill?

I'm guessing that you would need 120 dungeoneering to max out overall. The way I see it is that now Runescape has 3 types of Capes of Accomplishment. The first being the ordinary skillcape that goes up to level 99, the second being the Quest Cape, and the third Dungeoneering, because it's like a massive minigame, and a game really in its own right. Would definitely be interesting to see if 120 will be the max level for future skills, but unless they're totally different like dungeoneering is, I doubt it.
