I would pay good money for a live-stream of Trump's reactions were it to go to convention and he doesn't get the nomination. I suppose part of the question is whether the party would lose more credibility from nominating Trump at a contested convention, or from blocking him. Tbh even if you're not carrying heavy weight, the belt just makes things a lot easier form-wise. So it might feel a bit puny using a belt when it's a low weight but there's no shame in wanting to protect your back! :P

I always had a silly situation of pretty strong legs and pathetic upper body (years of long jump & various running disciplines) but it can be balanced up, it just might take you a while! Just be careful with things like deadlifts and other compound exercises as I found my legs could easily lift the weight but my lower back was not best pleased, which is why I use a belt :P

I think to some extent it's natural to look back and think about times past. Like Morte said we're in a pretty unique position in terms of being able to access these memories online. Going back to old haunts can be a bit like looking back at old photographs or home movies (not that we ever had a camcorder as my parents are/were stingy) :mad:
