This is what I do aswell. Just wear armor and keep on casting curse on an enemy that can't hit you (I like to use it on the thief in the Port Sarim jail). It's really cheap, and probably the fastest method. The only downside is that it is insanely boring. I usually watch a movie or something while I do it. I'd recommend keeping the armour, but taking around 20 p pots and 4 sharks with you. It's a bit more pricey, but you can stay at aviansies for hours longer, don't need the zam bracers either, if you stay near where you grapple, but don't cross, you'll generally not be bothered by them. I get anywhere between 500 and 1000 bars when I go with an inv of pray pots
