Recommended Posts

Ok thanks winner372. I will use the map and we should work on the guide together as this is TOO big of a city as you said.

Tree Stronghold

well have you ever wonder if the tree gnome village is a huge place to cut and fletch. Well you guessed right, the Tree Gnome Village is a facsinating place. its a good place to pick flax, woodcutting adnd even train agility! there is a map of the place

ggglabel7sh.png

section one-ggglabel17tc.png

ok well if you have never been to Gnome Stronghold then you will have to do a task that takes barely no work. well maybe work for your runescape guy :) . first off you see three people. two Gnome Guards and an archer named femi, go and talk to Femi and you will have to move the boxes near the cart over to were Femi wants you to put it. and then you should be in the big woodcutting guild. in the pic below is were Femi is and were you haveto move the boxes.

ggglabelpic12xp.png

Section two-ggglabel20tu.png

well this part is pretty much spinning weels for flax. next to the spinning the wheels theres flax to spic, it is very good crafting experience if you want to power craft stuff. In the upstairs rooms there are in total of three spinning wheels, and four gnome women. theres a total of 14 regular trees, 6 oak trees, 1 willow tree 4 yew trees and 1 magic tree. the pic below shows some flax picking spots

ggglabelpic22cv.png

Section three-ggglabel33xg.png

this part is known to start your agility training. its not a bad course but takes a long time to get 30 agility. everyone starts agility here and this is were you will be for long time. First you cross the log balace, two net, balancing rope, and pipes you will get a total of 7.5 eperience each. the tree branch and climbing down a tree are 5 experince each. if you complete all courses in order you will get 86 experience. below is a pic of how to get through the agility course in order and a pic of someone doing it.right behind the agility arena is a farming patch to grow your fruit trees. below are the trees you can plant

ggglabelpic45hp.png

ggglabelpic30wb.th.png

ggglabelpic50cm.png

Section four-ggglabel48ik.png

this is a tree spirit. in order to use the tree spirit u must beat the folowing quest, tree gnome village and the grand tree. this tree spirit is good for getting to the yews in section six. this tree spirit takes you to tree gnome village only. heres a pic of of the tree spirit.

ggglabelpic67oe.png

Section five-ggglabel51ht.png

this section isnt really a section. this section is for a couple quest like monkey madness and the grand tree. this is home of glough. hes a bad guy and he has traps theres a dungeon in his house too. u can get to dungeon by climbing up the tree. here is pic of the dungeon, it is a mining place too at the top. but i needed to do monkey madness

map2lm.png

Section six-ggglabel60yt.png

this place is famous for cutting seeming that they have a bank so near, if you think about it, its in the perfect place. its were you can have peace high-alching, fletching and most the time people are too lazy to walk all that way so its most the time empty. it has 1 flax picking spot, 1 bank, 3 yew trees, and 1 magic tree. below is a pic of many people are usually there, theres not much huh. to me this is best place to woodcut

ggglabelpic74ck.th.png

Section seven-ggglabel72xk.png

this parts pretty much very useless, all tehre is are 3 ladders with gnome archers, guards etc. theres not much spactacular stuff around here. below is just a plain pic of wat the place looks like

ggglabelpic85fw.png

Section eight-ggglabel82ca.png

this part has a dunegon and a whole bunch of trees. in the dungeon there is a person name brismal that will teleport you to somewhere. Thanks to steve and enemy the brimstal teleports you to rune essences. there is a map of the dungeon that brismal is in. outside of the dungeon there are no rare trees, just oak and regular trees. and up the four ladders are some gnomes and a gnome child

ggglabelpicmap29vd.png

Section 9-section87pw.png

in this section are some terrorbirds, they are level 28, they can be very useful for training. and near the river are 4 fishing spots were you can lure or bait the fish. bad part is closest bank would be near the 3 yew trees. then south tehre are two swamp toads. this place is special cause of the one mage tree that is famous.

section8pic5jx.png

Section tensection108vw.png

this section is full of trees. it can be good for fletching i guess. there are approximately 10 trees in this area. bleow is a pic of the area. oh and up the ladder is a gnome statue

section110nu.png

Section eleven-section134jw.png

Nice guide. Also nice to see that Sara Wrath isnt on top of everything

For cryin' out loud! get this into your heads! I don't hog guides, and i'm not "on top" of everything! geez!

ok saradim i wouldnt be talkuing much for a person stealing maps... the bubbles are indictaors, take a moment to scroll down and two u stole patou's guide from making it, so i put that on the title, i have a reason for everything saradim wrath

1: I didn't steal any guides from patou. I've guided some cities that he THOUGHT he had reserved, but none that he actually had reserved.

2: You say you think i stole one of Patou's guides, what guide are you talking about??!?!?!

3: Spell my name right!

The map looks like a bunch of bubbles. Not very Helpful.

Mods, feel free to warn or suspend me for this comment. I probably will deserve it after typing whatever I type. But this is how I feel:

Fhk off sarodim. You rip guides, you deny it. You made a whole topic saying how you DIDNT rip the map, then the whole thing backfires with proof that you did rip it. You stole a guide from Patau (not Patou :) ), he was writing it then you come in and decide you are so leet and are gonna write it so the mods/admins love you. Then you write a story sucking up to the mods/admins. If anybody looks at it they will notice maybe 3 or 4 normal members, then the rest is probably 4/5 of the mods and admins. Hmm, something fishy there? You start correcting guides that *pmg* you didnt make. The one or two guides writting per month you dont write, cause you are trying to write them all, you start looking for tiny things that are wrong. Ill just point out one major flaw in all of your guides. The "jokes". None are funny, and they take away from what might be a good guide, I donno cause Im not reading it. Please, leave. Stop ripping guides and giving Sals a bad name. And stop using an underbanner I made.

-

As for the guide itself, use capital letters because its easier to read. Also dont use the colors, because different skins might make it so you cant read some text. Keep it all one color. I suggest not having the ovals, instead just put numbers over the areas that you want, and then say like:

1. Magic trees

explanation about that part here

He's right. He did not take Sal's City Guide that he wanted to do. He did not write my guide about Daggonoths?

Who cares if he writes too many guides? Better for us cause we get a lot of information. If it was'nt for him who knows were we would be. He has written a lot of guides for us to help Sal's Realm a better place to stay. :)

K CUT IT GUYS!!!!!

Even though i do agree with Steve, i made a reply about it. Nothing happened, but i said i was trying to get over it, so please dont bring it back, or i'll get angry again.

For the topic, I think you are right steve. Numbers will be better. We will surely try this.

Please dont close this topic, since it is in this topic we are going to make the guide.

But sarodim has been rude by writing guides other people were going to write.

I promise to you and all others that i only write guides that aren't reserved. :)

Steve, i'd appreciate it if you took that message about me out of your sig.

I've PMed Sal about your ways towards me. I'm not negative towards you, Steve, I like your work with signatures and am a big fan of your shop.

So i'd just like to take this time to say something a little soppy...

SORRY, STEVE, IF I HAVE OFFENDED YOU IN ANY WAY OR BEEN IGNORANT/ MISLEADING TO YOU ON THE FORUMS. I HOPE, FOR YOU, ME AND US ALL, THAT WE CAN GET ALONG.

PS:

winner, i only once offered to help, and that was directed to Cxkslei. If you don't want me to help with this one, then i won't get in anyone's way. sorry for any inconvenience.

#1 take that message out of your sig.

#2 "stop ripping guides and giving sals a bad name" firstly, it was one map, which means not guides, just guide.

#3 It's not my fault that Patou doesn't reserve some of his guides, namely Ardougne.

#4 Sal replied to the Ardougne guide saying that he took Patou's name off the list, because he didn't start work on it.

#5 *moment* Let's get along and stop flaming each other.

Good job Steve :) Lay it into him

Oh come on! why are YOU against me?

I know Common is there, since Steve ( i was about to do it too) asked ihm to come and check the topic.

Saradomin, i am going to reply to you once and for all. If you ahve further comments, please use private messages.

#2 "stop ripping guides and giving sals a bad name" firstly, it was one map, which means not guides, just guide.
The fact that you ripped one guide (or map) makes us lose our trust in you. How can we be sure that you havent ripped other maps or parts of guides? I am not saying that everything you did sw ripping off, or that you did any mroe ripping off, but you ahve to see it from our point of view as well. You ripper once, meaninng you could do it again.

#3 It's not my fault that Patou doesn't reserve some of his guides, namely Ardougne.

Firstly, do not talk about things you dont know about. I reserved that guide. You need proofs? Pm Sal and ask him. I pmed him to ask him if i could do this guide, and he said yes. I DID reserved the guide.

#4 Sal replied to the Ardougne guide saying that he took Patou's name off the list, because he didn't start work on it.
Then, i could be angry at Sal, and not you, because in the PM i sent him, i clearly said it would have to wait like 3 weeks (cant remember for sure) Since i was in my college finals, and i had to study. He agreed that i could start it later. It was not me taking my time and being lazy, it was meant to be this way.

#5 *moment* Let's get along and stop flaming each other.

I know i just replied, but i asked everyone to leaev the flaming in this topic, since it is meant for a guide. So, once again, PLEASE LEVE THIS TOPIC AND LET ME AND WINNER MAKE THE GUIDE. POST WHEN IT IS DONE TO GIVE FEEDBACKS!!!!!! (this last part was meant to everybody).

Let's all take a deep breath. Personal attacks are unnecessary and innappropriate. Steve, this is your verbal warning to stop insulting Sarodim's Wrath.

However, I am glad that you have settled this amongst yourselves. :)

POST WHEN IT IS DONE TO GIVE FEEDBACKS

Yes, I must agree with this. Please do not argue over who should contribute what and accuse one another of "ripping" guides. Put the past behind you. This board is for submitting guides and posting feedback on how to improve those guides, not squabbling over the rights of "who controls certain guides."

I will have to ask you all to refrain from posting unless you are commenting on the guide itself. Please calm down, you are all really making a big deal of nothing. Your arguments should be settled via PM.

Thanks, and nice work so far winner372 and Patou.

If you have any further questions, please PM me.

Patou, you might mention that Heckle Funch and Hudo are the best places in the whole of Gielinor for herblorists to purchase chocolate. Heckle Funch stocks up to five of each crushed and uncrushed. Hudo stocks eight chocolate bars and 5 crushed chocolate bars, as shown in your picture.

Great guide, just something you might add. :)
