Salmoneus Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 A brand-new Agility Pyramid Guide is online, with tons of info about the new agility training spot in RuneScape. Many thanks to Salek, Winner372 and Psv02 for their work on this great guide! :)
Wiseguy63000 Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 YAY! I was wondering who was going to get credit... They all did! Very nice work guys!
Lempytush Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 Very nice work guys, a very nice detailed guide also. Beers for all! :)
Steve Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 (edited) YAY! I was wondering who was going to get credit... They all did! Very nice work guys! I was unhappy that one person would get the credit, when all 3 people worked hard on their guides. So I told suggested to Sal that he combine them all and give everyone credit Nice job Sal and those who wrote the guide :) We beat RuneHQ to it, and thats all that matters :) Edited January 19, 2006 by Steve
Wiseguy63000 Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 Nice job Sal and those who wrote the guide :) We beat RuneHQ to it, and thats all that matters :) Actually, I'd much have a nice, accurate, guide, than beat RuneHQ by a week or two... In 1 month no one will care who "beat the other person". They'll just care which has more info. In this case we have a good guide so speed was just a double bonus.
Steve Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 (edited) Its still fun to say we beat Zybez, RuneHQ, and Tip.it :) EDIT: Ehh, why not lobbys (not sharks cause they are expensive)? Oh also in the Brimhaven course you only lose 2hp if your HP is below 20hp, is it the same at this course? Edited January 19, 2006 by Steve
Salmoneus Posted January 19, 2006 Author Posted January 19, 2006 Yes, I *think* it's the same but I'm not completely sure... can anyone confirm this? :)
Steve Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 Actually you lose 1/10 of your HP, except its rounded up to the nearest even number :) So at 99hp I think you lose 10hp, right? Ill stop trying to remember things from October now :)
Salek Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 It does not have the low health, low damage effect! every obstacle hits either 8 or 10. there're a few mistakes I see in there just by combining guides... like you need 400 gp for two of the methods on my map but only 200 gp on winners map... that little part at the end with the temple looks rather unorganized too.

Good eye Salek, those are the sort of mistakes that kill people =p
Sir Sibannac Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 There are a few small typos, like run past the last to obstacles, but otherwise good guide! Also it would be good if someone would map the pyramid properly.
Steve Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 Winner mapped it properly, one map per level. Guess it wasnt used though :)
Guest Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 Just a quick question. Does Anyone know if you can sell the artifact elsewhere? Such as the Archeologist from Desert Treasure, the Digsite People, or Maybe Yanni Salika, the antique buyer? Might these people pay for this thing too? ~Da_Dragon555 PS: Salmoneus, love your site. good guides recently.

(Ticks me off when major sites like RHQ and Tip It don't get an article out about something for a month or two after an update is released.)
Salek Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 There are a few small typos, like run past the last to obstacles, but otherwise good guide! Also it would be good if someone would map the pyramid properly. It pretty much is mapped properly... I mean, it's not like it'd be any different
Steve Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 You have all the levels together as one, when they are seperate levels...
Salek Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 I think that actually makes it better so ur not lookin all over the place
Steve Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 If it wasnt for winner's map I wouldnt have known it was mulitple levels... :)
Neo Avatars Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 What are the new experience values? The new xp values are what it was when it was released.
Thomas Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 What are the new experience values? The new xp values are what it was when it was released. Yeah...anyone can read the news post. I want to know the new numbers. What are they? Doesn't the guide need updating.
