I recently trained from around those levels, personally i found creating body tiaras the quickest and best experience, more costly, but you make up for it in time.

Use duel rings and create fire runes.

 

Its really easy teleport to duel arena, run to the ruins craft the runes, tele to Castle wars. Bank and repeat

I runecrafted Fire Runes from level 15 to level 40. What you do is, buy lots of rings of duelling and your rune essence, then withdraw the ess and tele to the Duel Arena using the ring. From there, head to the Fire Altar, craft your runes, then use the ring to tele back to castle wars and bank. Then repeat the process. Check this guide for more info.

Well i went from 28-44 using cosmics. Though back when i did it, p ess was 120 something ea and cosmics were 140 ea. But in the end

i only made 5.2k cosmic runes . I didn't use the abyss i just ran back and forth from the bank-alter. Agility helps as there are shortcuts

that will shorten your walk :). Good luck:).

Making the highest level runes you can is not always the best way to train runecrafting

I usually train by making the most runes I can.

you should try chaos or astral runes they give you lot of xp

to make a bit of cash i say air runes, but your a member so i suggest crafting cosmic runes.

Though if you do get the air gloves you will get 10exp per ess you craft (double exp) but you only have 1000 charges so, rack up on some FoG tokens and get some air gloves. You can always do water runes or earth runes but you don't get much of a profit there. Air runes w/ air gloves or Cosmic runes are what i would go with.
