I use Firefox and Safari at home and am forced to only use IE at school (probably the reason I hate it)

  • Google Chrome
    1. It's got a amazing speed, one which is impressive.
    2. It's functionality is brilliant, it's just a couple tabs a search bar and your web experience.
    3. It does exactly what it's supposed to, it works properly!

  • Firefox
    1. It's overall a better browser than safari or internet explorer.
    2. It's a plain old browser, works efficiently. I did prefer v2 to v3 however.
    3. Google Chrome for the Macintosh hasn't had it's release yet, so i'm stuck with this browser for now.

Hope my list gives a good insight.

Firefox but if I'm doing something that takes a lot of CPU power then I'll switch to Chrome since its lighter.

IE8

Although i use FF at school.

FF on my home computer just doesn't seem to be as quick as IE8, but at school i always choose firefox because it wrecks safari

Safari, works perfectly on my Mac, extremely fast, looks good and the plugins are pretty good :-)

Firefox 3 because of small things like skins and being able to do ctrl+a in the URL bar.

We went to Data Doctors a few months ago and they upgraded our IE6 to IE7. I hate the tabs in it.

Plus I'm the only one in the family who uses Firefox.

I use IE6 at school, though, 'cause it's all they have.

The majority of the time I use Mozilla Firefox; I prefer it to other browsers because of it's smoother performance and useful add-ons. Especially useful is the "HideTab" add-on - it hides the names of other tabs you have open, so anyone who might be looking over your shoulder can't see what you might be doing.

IE8 is actually faster than Chrome... closely followed by FF. I do agree with you though, Chrome and FF is the way to go. And it has absolutely nothing to do with incognito mode

I use Chome, IE, and Firefox, each for different things, and I usally have 1-2 of them open at a time.
