Cxkslei Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Yes it is open for debate. FMA is best anime ever made . Quote
Kyo Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 I'm not really that big of an anime fan, however I will watch Death Note or Naruto if there is nothing else on. Quote
Rene Posted July 7, 2009 Author Posted July 7, 2009 Yes it is open for debate. FMA is best anime ever made . I guess you mean Full Metal Alchemist? If so, never watched it. ;) Don't know why because I've heard lots of good things about it but I guess I just haven't been into action anime lately. Quote
Kovu Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 I'm a casual anime watcher. Only really watched Fushigi Yuugi and Bleach with intent. I'm always up for some recommendations though Quote

I'm always up for some recommendations though Well recommendations tend to depend on what sort of things you prefer, those two are pretty broad in genre. But based on those two I'd probably say Fate/Stay Night or Claymore as starters. IDATAKIMASU We don't take kindly to yous folks round `ere. Quote
Cxkslei Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Narutoooooo EPIC! No, Naruto = Failure. That is not open for debate. Quote

Rene Posted July 7, 2009 Author Posted July 7, 2009 Narutoooooo EPIC! No, Naruto = Failure. That is not open for debate. Depends, the manga is actually pretty good if you can look past the 'oh noes Sasuke' moments. The Anime is pretty fail though. Also Andy, never heard of Initial D. :< Quote

Speedwagon Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Dood delivers tofu up and down a mountain in his Toyota AE86. Like his dad, he ends up learning the mountain pass layout very well from doing the deliveries. And it just so happens the mountain pass is one of the best spots for amature racing (they call em battles in this, nobody cares about the up hill and they all drift). He ends up beating everyone and it sometimes gets technical but it's a brilliant cliché. Quote

Rene Posted July 7, 2009 Author Posted July 7, 2009 (edited) My List: (which is rather small ... Just a list of what I've seen) Amatsuki Battle Programmer Shirase Bleach (Quit viewing, also skipped all the fillers) Busou Renkin Chaos;Head Clannad Clannad: After Story (Currently on ep 6, enjoying it a lot) Claymore Death Note Dragonball Z (Who hasn't?) Elfen Lied Fate/Stay Night Gundam Wing Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Naruto (Everything up until the fillers, dropped after the beginning of shippuden) Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu Rosario + Vampire, both seasons Rurouni Kenshin (also read the Jinchuu arc of the manga) Samurai Champloo (18/24 episodes ... Should finish that some time) Sayanora, Zetsubou Sensei Shakugan no Shana I & II Welcome to the N.H.K. (N.H.K. ni Youkoso) Zero no Tsukaima (all seasons) Also quite a few animes I watched but dropped after a few episodes (Higurashi, Ichigo 100%, Darker than Black) --- @Cxk: I have the first 3 volumes of the Yugioh series, it's pretty. Never knew they made an anime from season 0 though. Also I found the Zabuza arc in the original Naruto a nice one as well. @skelengel: Yeah Spirited Away is an anime movie. @Meidou: Dude Mew Mew was awesome ... under the influence of certain illegal substances :3 Edited July 7, 2009 by Rene Quote
