With regard to Requiem, I was sort of expecting something like that to happen at the end, but I didn't like how out of the blue it was at the very last moment... The plot twist to Angel Beats! completely caught me off guard, though--and not in a good way. Overall, I think it was a very good show - one of the best of 2009 if not for the ending. Speaking of the best of 2009, Bakemonogatari 15 is finally out! Why was Kanade there before him when he died first (she got his heart) and 2. She said when she stabbed him she could feel he had no hear. Manhwa never seem to get the same treatment as Manga. I think the main thing for me when it comes to reading manhwas is that it's harder for me to remember who's who.
