F2p Mage Training

I'm 29 magic with 195k gold and I want to spend it all mage training.

 

What skills and monsters should I use/attack to level?

I don't know what you should use to train but you should attack the lesser demon caged in wizards tower, it gives good experience. Or go to Port Sarim jail.

Now I just need to know what spells to use to get fast exp, but save money at the same time.

 

Edit- I was a bit impatient so I just bought 2k fire runes, air staff,1k chaos runes and 200 death runes.

 

That should get me about 10 levels at least.

Fire strike, Fire Strike, and maybe... fire strike.

 

 

 

Or you can use crumble undead on zombies in varrock sewer.

You shouldn't be spending any money until 50+. I got to 65 mage just doing fist of guthix.

*slaps head* F2p combat spells aren't v. fast xp, and cost a ton! But I guess for lack of boredom they are sometimes necessary. Mm well my advice is for cheap xp do f.o.g and do the best spell you can. Then at about 43 start doing superheat. I notices your smithing level if you got your smithing level to 50, you could cast it making a little proft on mith bars. Otherwise you can just do steel bars for a small loss. After that the fastest xp is high alch in f2p, though it can be quite costyly.

The fastest (but not the least expensive) experience for f2p is teleporting to Varock over and over. I got about 3 levels in less then 10 minutes. But Runescape shouldn't lag for you, to be able to train this way and you be able to buy the law runes. To do this all you need to do is buy 1 staff of air and as many law runes as you can but and that's about it. Oh and you might want to turn all the graphics all the way down for optimal loading time.
