It is transparent but not perfect, if you magnify it:

You'll see some loose pixels and the background wasn't cropped out too well...

 

Maybe you should try it again or just post the original with background (Same for the glaze colour wheel).

I took a screen shot of it when I did the event, and I tried to do the transparency. I am not the best at it though.

Well this isn't a guide, now is it? I was referring to the image itself, not the absence of extraneous pixels around the edges. The picture looked cartoony as some images of items/monsters/NPCs do that are in the RuneScabe KB and I was thinking if the original picture came from the aforementioned site it should be replaced.
