If you have a decent magic level (43+) you could use the Superheat Item spell to smelt mithril bars. When buying the ores and nature runes you get smithing and magic exp (with a little profit or loss).

Mithril Ore: 384-424gp

4 Coal: 1048-1160gp

Nature Rune: 260-288gp

Mithril Bar: 1696-1874

Worst case: 1696 - 424 - 1160 - 288 = -176gp

Best case: 1874 - 384 - 1048 - 260 = +182gp

You can make mithril items. For example, Mithril Bolts (unf)-small loss. Or, Mithril Battleaxes-faster xp.

You can also smelt gold bars with goldsmith guantlets which allow for very effective training.

he wanted ideas for f2p not p2p(like goldsmith gauntlets)...a mine for f2p that it isn't used all day it's the one near the hill giants(u need brass key to get there faster)...there are all ores for f2p ...there is a good place for superheating(idk the right spelling) and then smith the bars on the anvils in varrock
