what is the best idea between: 74-90 monks and 90-99 rocktails or 74-85 monks 85-90 cavefishs and 90-99 rocktails?

I wouldn't do either of those. If you do the math, you will find out that the gp:xp ratio between Monks and Rockfish are almost identical. There is only about a .5-2gp difference. This means that getting 99 with Monks will make you almost as much money as Rocktail, however Monkfish will be much faster. Obviously, Rocktail fishing requires less attention and therefore is more enjoyable, but this method isn't really good xp until about 94 or so.
