Punching doesn't help. It just gets you into the habit of punching things when you're mad, and when you don't have anything to punch, you're in trouble. Read Cracked.com, it really helps. :rolleyes:

 

I always try to lose myself to forget stress. Read a book, play videogames, play music, write a story, etc.

Go outside. Fresh air really helps. If you have a basketball net / hockey stick just fool around for a couple minutes.

Sounds like you got the good ol' case of being a teenager. Just think about how annoying you are being for everyone else, that's what I used to do.

I didn't annoy anyone though (except for my sister but she annoyed me first) I was in my room ignoring everyone.

 

I did play music, but I did a bad song choice so that didn't help,

If you have noise cancelling headphones that seems like it would be able to help you, sibling/dick head wise.

It's best to find something relaxing that won't stop you from doing what you're supposed to be doing.

 

Try doing your work and then have a break every now and then, it's best to start working other than keeping it off until later because it's stressing you, which will just stress you out even more than before.

I'd like to point out that your most viable option would be to fix your hormones. Which means hormone replacement therapy which could be costly and ineffective to you. Of course in a couple of years everything will stop being such a big deal anyway so it's probably not worth it.
