And with a Rylai's he can potentionally slow all five enemy champions with one skill, whilst gaining health. Make sure when you single target to always use your E on them first as it gives them a debuff which makes them take more damage from Swain's other spells. :D

Who do you guys suggest being? Sivir is free right now and she can be a pretty good champion. She's rather easy to learn how to play and if you want to buy her afterwards with IP she's only 450 ip. She's even viable all the way to high elo. Irelia is fun to play if you want to try a more assasination style. She's got a rather high learning curve though. Cho'Gath is apperantly a really easy champion to learn. Make sure that before you play you go read a guide on the champion you've decided on. Just type in Mobafire or Leaguecraft followed by the champions name. Always go for the highest rated guide. Thanks. This may help even though half of those were jokes. They may be exaggerated, but there's some truth in them. :P Decided to finally get somewhat up to date on my mage heroes that I can play. Since I bought Veigar I tested him out in some games and overall he's alright, lost both of my games with him though. Then just now tried my hand at Karthus and he's a really beast if you let him farm up his items. Having 750~ AP is nothing to scoff at. Went 24/14/10 and we would have won the game if our Sion hadn't gone AFK in the middle of it. :D Started to get somewhat annoyed at all the AFKers I've encountered.

Always go for the highest rated guide. This is generally good advice, but not always. Sometimes the highest rated guide is from months and months ago and isn't remotely relevant anymore. Sometimes the highest rated guide is for a jungling set, which is more or less impossible at summoner level 1-10 except for a few champions (and even then it's not comfortable). Some of the guides are just plain bad, but get uprated anyway because people are bad. Basically what I'm saying is those guides are a good start but don't trust them all.

It's fine to test out a new build or jungling route, but it just won't compensate for player intelligence. Oh btw: I forgot the most important advice. This is true, since I already have a bit more knowledge thanks to high-leveled friends and lurking the forums a bit I've gotten better at telling what I could/should change to make things even better.
