Generic "what Do You Drive" Thread

Recommended Posts

My personal car is a 1984 Mustang. T-Top, manuel, aftermarket 302 with 8 cylinders :( Not the best year, but heck, nice power for someone my age/dusts the new Mustangs with their crummy v6's.
You're horribly mistaken.

Even my v6 runs almost identical trap speeds and quarter mile times to fox bodies.

The 302s stock are slow today.

Well, I don't own my own car yet, but I drive my mother's car and my grandfather's truck (My father won't let me drive his car, its lowered/customized so I am not surprised.

(Neither of these pictures is the actual car, just what it looks like newish)

My mother's car is a 2003 PT Cruiser.

Looks like this, with black bumpers instead of silver.

My grandther's car is a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition

It either fluctuates between the 2001 or 2010 Honda Civic.

I like the 2001 more though. Firstly, it's mine, and secondly, it's better on gas/accelerates faster/brakes are better.

Unless of course it's the 302 monster in the new GT.

But yeah Fox body Mustangs have a bad rep for a good reason: they're whales.

Well since I was referencing the fox mustangs, that's what I meant :D

The new 302s are awesome. Now if Ford will change the rear ends...

I drive this:

Boyfriend drives this:

223769_2381064365442_1215667305_32951020_3028519_n.jpg

First picture is a stock one -- despite how often I park with my wheels at a rakish angle, grass below me and picturesque sky behind.

^ Double-checked, and saw the original picture wasn't a 4-door. Edited as close as I can get it; I'm too lazy to, say, step outside with a camera and just upload something.

Second picture is one I took myself. And yes, the scoop is utterly useless.

LOL. The explorer in that picture I posted was a stock one. If you read the actual body of the message, I said that I was too lazy to go outside and take a picture of my actual car, so I found a picture of one in a lot somewhere (Google Image + 1999 White Ford Explorer XLS) and that's what came up.

Go ahead and call the number! xD

I thought you were going off the picture of the Mustang. I was in Texas at the time when I took the picture, so I thought you recognized the obscure Dallas parking lot that we were in. Eerie.

My 302 isn't a stock 302 ;p Guy before me got rid of the original engine.

Perhaps it isn't that BIG of a difference, but, it just doesn't seem like a sports car to have a V-6 ;p
