Emotes in RuneScape can be used by clicking on the waving man between options and music panel. When you begin the game you will have 22 emotes to choose from, and the rest need to be unlocked from Random Events, quests, Holiday Events, the Stronghold of Security, or by unlocking 500 songs from the music player. Please change to: Emotes in RuneScape can be used by clicking on the waving man icon between options and music panel. When you begin the game you only have the most basic emotes to choose from, and the rest need to be unlocked from random events, quests, holiday events, the Stronghold of Security and many other ways. Bow -> Bow (Male) Curtsy -> Curtsy (Female) Hides head and shakes. Obtained during the 2005, 2006, or 2007 Halloween Event. -> Hides head and shakes. Originally obtained as a reward for completing the 2005 Halloween Event, It is now awarded every event after. Tucks in hands and legs and bounces. Obtained during the 2006 Easter Event and the 2007 Easter Event. -> Tucks in hands and legs and bounces. Obtained at every Easter Event after 2006. A hand bursts out of the ground and your character steps away. Obtained during 2007 Halloween Event. -> A hand bursts out of the ground and your character steps away. Obtained at every Christmas Event after 2009. Holiday event emotes need to be added after 2009 All the Random Event emotes need to have their descriptions rephrased. The present players get for successfully completing a random event lets them chose there reward, the player must chose to have an emote unlocked. The whole guide needs updated imagery of the new emote icons. The guide also requires Circus emotes, members loyalty emotes (that can be unlocked), Citadel theatre emotes and other miscellaneous animations. The final GIF image at the bottom of the guide can be removed as it's outdated.
