I've wanted a skilling log since I first joined up to Sal's Forum. I remember I would always look at the skill logs, whilst browsing sals on my PSP. Yea. Beat that. I believe the first log I properly followed I think was Ice Angel95, getting 99 Cooking and Attack, but I can't be sure. My first proper goal was 99 Hunter, because it was my favorite skill when I first got members (that goal quickly went to shizzle). Then I wanted to make a log for my goal of 99 Defence, but before I got around to making it... I got 99.

I haven't updated this header in over two years. I think it's about time, as a lot of things have changed. I now have 2,595 total, which means i've achieved every level achievable in RuneScape. I own a Completionist Cape, which means i've done all the quests, all the tasks, have all the spells, all the songs, and far, far, far, far, FAR more. For two years this log has been a place of nothing but constant progress, achieving, and support from all of you in what I do on RuneScape. In this log, we became the very first member of Sal's Realm of RuneScape to 99 Divination. Not everybody can say that, and I still consider that day the highlight of my RuneScape career and the most enjoyment i've ever gotten out of RuneScape. By far. From there, we ticked off every single other 99, one by one, knocking them down like tenpins (more like twenty-six pins) and then finally, almost two years after my 15-year old self sat down and wrote the skill log documenting his very first 99, the support he received drove him to Completionist. So thank you to all. I wouldn't even play RuneScape without you guys.

IRONMAN

 

 

When Ironman mode was released on 14 October 2014, there was only one drawback I took from it. I believed that an Ironman experience would be far better on oldschool RuneScape and would be far more of a challenge, and would bring back many memories of playing in that gameframe in the real 2007 and feel right at home. Unfortunately, that was when 07 was not free-to-play.

But now it is.

 

 

I have goals for this account of such magnitude I know not if they have ever been accomplished before - I have doubts that I will ever even achieve them. When I am able to play RuneScape I will always be making progress on this account, whether while afking Divination on my main or otherwise. I promise I will try my best not to fail them but please don't expect them in the near or even moderately distant future. :P

The first four items on this list will be of relative ease compared to the rest - a combined total of 212,500 coins will be needed. This can be done in the space of a few days if I grind them out for hours and shouldn't be too difficult.

 

The helmets are a bit more irksome. The Med Helm I need to obtain as a drop from Lesser Demons, and the Full Helm from Greater Demons. I worry about Pk'ers being irksome while camping greater demons but other than that it should not be too difficult.

 

But the last three. The Rune Axe, Kiteshield and 2h Sword. The 2h Sword requires level 99 Smithing. I can bump this down to 98 with a Dwarven Stout for 3gp, which is signifcant because that saves me 1,225,380 Smithing XP. I did some rough calculations, and if the 80% rate of Iron bar smelting stays strong this will require about 393,500 Iron ore (this is equivelant to level 99 Mining, and then twenty thousand ore more) which will be smithed into aobut 78700 iron platebodies. So if I complete this goal I will most likely be the only f2p-only osrs Ironman EVER to obtain a Rune 2h Sword, because I have never seen or heard of this being done before. This is why i'm not sure if i'll ever complete this goal, but if I do, it will be far more phenomonal than my Completionist Cape ever was.

Except for x10 Air Runes at level 99 Runecrafting, but please, get real. I'm already suicidal enough to go for 98 Smithing and so I think we can leave that one alone. I also don't want to mine 1,737,925 Rune Essence (another 8,689,620 Mining XP) to make Body Runes all the way up to 99. No thank you.

I spent around 10 hours in one day doing Divination. Im so burnt out I can't even go back to the wisps at the moment without teleporting away within 5 minutes.
