Sobend Posted February 8, 2016 Author Posted February 8, 2016 Pretty boring superbowl honestly especially for a non-blowout game. Anyone else hear the WOOOOOO guy? Quote
Leo Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 HELEN MIRREN========== It took me way too long to realize that the Broncos' reasoning for running it on 3rd and long like 5 times was just to give their defense better field position and stuff out the game that way. I am not a smart man :/ Pretty boring overall in my opinion, mostly of the 50000 flags that just slowed everything down. Quote
Sobend Posted September 26, 2016 Author Posted September 26, 2016 Carson Wentz will be the new PEYTON MANNING!!! Quote
Leo Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 I benched the Pats defense on Thursday night in favour of Miami's yesterday. I am not a smart man. Also I hate you Trevor Siemian. Quote
Fake Posted October 5, 2016 Posted October 5, 2016 Carson Wentz is playing like he's been in the league for 12 years already Quote
Sobend Posted October 27, 2016 Author Posted October 27, 2016 Do you guys think Romo should start when he gets healthy? Or stay with Dak Prescott? Quote
Leo Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Start him when he gets healthy, and pull him if his play is sub-par. If the offense lags for a game or so, put Dak back in. I think for all of his playoff faults and Dak's play so far, Romo will still be one of the best regular season QB's even after this injury. Quote

Dak is a young QB who is playing very well and if he can keep it up he's obviously going to be the future QB for the Cowboys. They should keep him in and let him continue to play and develop, and if he struggles at some point, pull him out for Romo. Although as a Pats fan that opinion may be slightly biased. Quote
Sobend Posted October 30, 2016 Author Posted October 30, 2016 I'm sort of opposed to not benching someone just because he got injured and his backup is doing great based on principles, though I understand it. Quote
William Howard Taft Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 God, it would be great if the Bucs could stop fudging up all the time. Quote
Leo Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 The Bengals are boned this year. There is no God. Quote
Sobend Posted December 4, 2016 Author Posted December 4, 2016 Who is going to the college football playoff? Probably Alabama OSU Washington Clemson I don't think Penn State will get in, even though they haven't lost since September. Michigan frankly should not displace Clemson but I think the committee is looking for a way to justify it. Quote
Leo Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 I don't think they could have justified Penn State getting in - maybe if Washington had lost but that would still be a big if. Quote
Chaoss Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Came in second this year in Fantasy football, but I'll be losing the playoffs since Green and Gronk are gg (heh pun intended). Quote

I need to win this week so I can get into the playoffs on a tiebreaker lol. Then I'll immediately have the pleasure of getting knocked out by the top seed. Quote

Yeah, the only issue is our league is very anti-trading unless it's so heavily favoured for your team it's practically collusion. Who do you have on your fantasy team besides Green and Gronk? Quote

Yeah I feel you, I think our league has had 4 trades all year and they get put up for vote for the rest of us so they're pretty well scrutinized. Green ran my team pretty well until he got hurt. I had Jay Ajayi and dropped him the week before he went beserk. That felt great.. Matt Jones was a sorry early draft pick.. Besides that, I have Rodgers who is the #1 QB, and Matt Bryant who is the #1 kicker, and I have just gotten very lucky with moving around the FLEX and D/ST's. Currently running Robert Kelly and Doug Martin. WR are Michael Thomas, Kenny Britt, and Mike Wallace (meh). Cameron Brate and Ertz fill in for Gronk now, and the defense I just pray I pick well, but usually change it up week to week. E: Forgot I have Randall Cobb too who gives me anxiety every week. Though it's a great plus if he gets a TD since I'm getting points on Rodgers too. Edited December 7, 2016 by Chaoss Quote

Welcome to the club dude, I drafted Ajayi reasonably late with the hopes he would ball out, betting that Arian Foster would get injured. He did, but there were one or two weeks between the injury and the balling and I gave up on him and dropped him. I somehow managed to get Nuk in the second round of the draft as well and was super stoked about that but you can see how his season has gone. David Johnson and Matt Stafford have honestly just carried me through most of my wins (and Matt Forte as well but he's been very hot/cold). Edit: Here's my full team at the moment. Chaoss Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 I'm playing against someone with Forte this week, so sorry to tell you, but I hope he does poorly haha. Quote
Leo Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 Matt Forte and Theo Riddick are ridiculously inconsistent; for my team I'm sticking with Devonta Freeman and Spencer Ware from here on out. My team: Quote
Chaoss Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 Ware and Freeman is a great duo, Freeman has been killing it recently. Quote
Chaoss Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 A two quarterback league   Leo's? Oh I completely missed that. Never played that style I think it would be kinda fun. Quote
