Leo Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 I'm going with the Chiefs, Rams, Chargers, and Saints for this weekend. Quote
Sobend Posted January 14, 2019 Author Posted January 14, 2019 1 vs 2 in both games. Rooting for chiefs now. I hope Andy Reid gets to win a Super Bowl Quote
Shooter585 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 (edited) Big Red beats Saints, Andy Reid gets his superbowl^. I will be happy for him as an Eagles fan and even though he has gotten a ton of crap from the community in Philadelphia over the years, I believe he will get his respects paid there as well. Excited for the 2019 season though! Edited January 19, 2019 by Shooter585 Quote
Leo Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Yeah, I'm going to go with Chiefs-Saints as well Quote
Sobend Posted January 20, 2019 Author Posted January 20, 2019 I feel the Patriots might win because that's exactly what the Patriots would do in this situation. Quote
Sobend Posted January 21, 2019 Author Posted January 21, 2019 It was a completely blown call but I don't feel as bad as the Saints as most do. Live by the sword die by the sword. Go to :30 of this video--2009 NFC Champ blown calls completely benefited Saints Quote
Leo Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 Watched/listened to the press conference today, I am excited. Quote
Sobend Posted February 6, 2019 Author Posted February 6, 2019 I was personally hoping for Hue Jackson. Quote

Sobend Posted September 8, 2019 Author Posted September 8, 2019 Whole thing was terrible, and I hope he destroys the Patriots. He probably won't, but it's nice to think about. Probably the only reason he was acting like that was to get released and sign with the Patriots; there is no more incentive for immaturity. I wish the NFL could suspend people for acting like 12-yr-olds. Maybe they can suspend him for illegal wiretapping? Quote

AB'S producer claims he has video evidence of Gruden agreeing to the recording, so his bases seem to be covered on that note. But now there's this civil lawsuit his former trainer filed, so.... Quote
Sobend Posted September 14, 2019 Author Posted September 14, 2019 He's able to play this Sunday and Goodell is meeting with the accuser this upcoming week I believe. So this may be the last we ever see of him. Quote
Leo Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 And they've cut him - apparently the texts he sent to the accuser made Kraft say enough. If AB ever plays again, he's not going to get a job either: Next season If he's legitimately vindicated in this whole case with his trainer plus the farting plus the third thing I can't remember plus that contractor he didn't pay plus, etc, etc. End of December on a playoff team if his PR is bearable. What a mess. Quote
Sobend Posted September 25, 2019 Author Posted September 25, 2019 I am somewhat worried about his health. Football has always been in his life until now. But maybe this will teach him that the world doesn't revolve around him. Quote
Leo Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 In unrelated news, Cincy are 0-3. I felt optimistic after the close loss in Seattle, but Weeks 2 and 3 were where the OL injuries really started to hurt. Some wacky penalties; Mixon isn't doing well because of the substandard line; and Dalton made a ton of questionable, against Buffalo especially. Quote
Sobend Posted September 26, 2019 Author Posted September 26, 2019 The Curse of Hue Jackson? Eagles will be 1-3 after tonight though don't worry. Quote

I need Wentz points in one of my leagues, though. Quote
Sobend Posted November 4, 2019 Author Posted November 4, 2019 Bengals last winless team. So what QB do you want??? Quote
Leo Posted November 4, 2019 Posted November 4, 2019 Rough times I'm hoping for Joe Burrow; I think Cincy will still finish 2nd or 3rd worst, and he's looking like the next guy after Tua so far. Quote
