Big Red beats Saints, Andy Reid gets his superbowl^.  I will be happy for him as an Eagles fan and even though he has gotten a ton of crap from the community in Philadelphia over the years, I believe he will get his respects paid there as well.

Excited for the 2019 season though!

It was a completely blown call but I don't feel as bad as the Saints as most do. Live by the sword die by the sword.

Go to :30 of this video--2009 NFC Champ blown calls completely benefited Saints

I was personally hoping for Hue Jackson.

I'm so glad he's gone, he was literally the Dwight Schrute of the coaching staff.

Whole thing was terrible, and I hope he destroys the Patriots. He probably won't, but it's nice to think about. Probably the only reason he was acting like that was to get released and sign with the Patriots; there is no more incentive for immaturity. I wish the NFL could suspend people for acting like 12-yr-olds. Maybe they can suspend him for illegal wiretapping?

AB'S producer claims he has video evidence of Gruden agreeing to the recording, so his bases seem to be covered on that note.

But now there's this civil lawsuit his former trainer filed, so....

He's able to play this Sunday and Goodell is meeting with the accuser this upcoming week I believe. So this may be the last we ever see of him.

And they've cut him - apparently the texts he sent to the accuser made Kraft say enough.

If AB ever plays again, he's not going to get a job either:

  1. Next season
  2. If he's legitimately vindicated in this whole case with his trainer plus the farting plus the third thing I can't remember plus that contractor he didn't pay plus, etc, etc.
  3. End of December on a playoff team if his PR is bearable.

What a mess.

I am somewhat worried about his health. Football has always been in his life until now. But maybe this will teach him that the world doesn't revolve around him.

In unrelated news, Cincy are 0-3.

I felt optimistic after the close loss in Seattle, but Weeks 2 and 3 were where the OL injuries really started to hurt. Some wacky penalties; Mixon isn't doing well because of the substandard line; and Dalton made a ton of questionable, against Buffalo especially.

The Curse of Hue Jackson?

Always and forever, apparently.

Eagles will be 1-3 after tonight though don't worry.

Lot of bad injuries, and that Packers defense has looked weirdly good so far. I need Wentz points in one of my leagues, though.

Rough times

I'm hoping for Joe Burrow; I think Cincy will still finish 2nd or 3rd worst, and he's looking like the next guy after Tua so far.
