Monitor again goes into Power Saving Mode

And this time I am really fed up. I turn on the computer and bam it just freezes.

Keep it mind it was just turned on so nothing was heated.

Now the monitor goes into Power Saving Mode when I connect to my graphics card so I am using on board graphics for the time being. Any help would be appreciated.

So far, I've reseated RAM and cleaned both fans.

 

Yeah I have no idea.........

I will prob. talk to my parents about getting another computer but for now, I really want to get this fixed.
