Shooter585 Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 What's the longest consecutive time you've played Runescape without substantial breaks? A couple of Summers ago I tried to alch 5000 times a day to train magic. Usually I took breaks, but a couple of times I did it nonstop, which took a little under five hours. It kind of sucked but I got 325k xp which was great for a freeplayer. I've heard of people no-lifing for 50 hours or more, I was wondering if any of you guys had done it. Quote
Fabio Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 im just gonna say that if anyone nolife for 50+ hrs they rly should quit. most i done is probably like 7-8 hours, but idk man i went 2 bathroom to during that time. Quote
Leo Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 4-5 hours when training Strength and Defence on deadly red spiders some day in late October. Got home after school that Friday and just stayed on Karamja till I got 75 in both. Quote
lord earth13 Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 Probably a good 9-12 hours at least a few summers back. Eating and bathroom breaks were a thing, of course. Quote
Shadexpwn Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 I've done at least 11 hours a day when I was younger, now I barely get 4 in during a regular day. Sattern. Quote
Guitarguy Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 True RuneScape warriors keep a bottle on their desk to accomodate for bathroom breaks. -.- Quote
Sobend Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Longest time I ever played recently was over the summer. I played a lot over the summer but one night I just went crazy. I was sick with some virus so I had nothing better to do besides go to the bathroom. I think I played from 3pm to 1:30 in the morning. I really don't like playing on long stretches of time. It makes me feel like some weird guy who spends of all his time gaming. As you can probably tell by my relatively meager stats I don't do that. Quote
Micael Fatia Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 7-8 hours maybe, like 2 or 3 hours of normal RuneScape followed by a 5 or 6 hours PKRI. Only happened once I'm sure, the PKRIs of the clans I was part of never lasted very long, 1 or 2 hours only at max usually. There are clans who do (or used to, no idea what it is like in Old School RS now) 10-12 hours PKRIs, and some of their members stay the whole 12 hours. It's crazy, I have no idea how they do it. djpailo Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Probably ~10 hours. RS is addictive, no doubt about it. When you do quit, if you do manage to come back, its never quite the same and you never play for as long as you did. 7-8 hours maybe, like 2 or 3 hours of normal RuneScape followed by a 5 or 6 hours PKRI. Did anyone else look at this and wonder what a PKRI is? Quote
Micael Fatia Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Player Killing Run In(s) They're wars (typically dangerous Wilderness wars) between clans where members are allowed to return and continue fighting after they've died. A couple years ago the majority of the decent clans used to have dedicated members who would return for hours making some of the wars last a long time. Quote
