Need to put an app on the sd micro card from the computer

Dads friend gave me his micro sd card.

I need to put an app on it so he can use it on his phone.

Its a Samsung something (think its s4)

 

How can I do this? and where do I get the app from. I tried googling it but it didn't help.

 

Do I have to download a specific type of file and where can I get it from.

Its one of these but not this specific one. Is there any way I can convert it or something.

ik it would be easier just to download it onto the phone but I have to work with what I'm stuck with.
