The best name-title combo I've seen is "Brett Favre - The Big Cheese" (american football reference).

I've got plenty more but these are the ones I use the most.

 

King / Witch King are at the top of the most used list;

Assassin is my Death Lotus title, usually use it when I'm bossing in DL or camping Asc Dungeon;

The Powerful / Hellraiser /Overlord are the titles I use when I'm feeling brashly self-confident PKing/PvPing or something similar;

Master / The Eternal / The Gallant / of Zamorak / The Red I mostly use when questing or skilling, the first two I use sometimes when Maging too because they seem to fit the whole Seasinger/purple look;

Supervillain is mostly when I'm in a good mood and feeling trolly. :P

The Red I don't use very often only because to use it you have to talk to that quest NPC and I can never be arsed to do it, I like it though.

 

Other titles I like and I don't own: Archmage; The Warmonger

 

My top 3 are:

[1]- King/Witch King (two different titles technically I know, I use one when Maging and the other for everything else)

[2]- Hellraiser (I got so many PvP kills and attended so many wars using this title, I always associate it with the good ol' days now)

[3]- The Powerful (cause it ain't arrogance when it's true :glasses:)

My favourite title at the moment is slapsaroth that I earned from the seaonal highscores.

 

Others of my favourites include Admiral of the fleet, since who doesn't love a title 3 times are long as their name.

After using "High Priest" and then "Wingman" for a while after the world events (No reason, I just thought they were cooler than heirophant and wingleader) I decided I wasn't going to use a title... and literally that night The Mighty Fall was released, and because the cave goblin series was and is my favourite quest line, I use "the Champion" now to honour that.

 

Oh and i've also seen "The Real" Slim Shady about a million times, each different combination having "Slim Shady" spelt in different kinds of leetspeak.

I've only really used 'of Seren' cause of lore and I like the cyan colour.

the World Guardian (Not so much as of late, but it makes me feel important)

the Artful Dodger (I used to love reading Charles Dickens)

 

I really wanted to get "Undertaker" though. It looked pretty cool.

And I'm aiming to get "Archmage" because it's just badass :D
