Getting poisoned by a poison spider for example would eat up over 800 (out of a max of 990) life points before it wore out on its own. Today, however, the effects of poisons from most monsters and environmental hazards is pitiful, and easily shrugged off. I hope to see the poison damage from these sources increased to keep up with our substantially larger health pools. They should be at the very least comparable to the type of poison damage that a player can give when using weapon poison. (Runelabs page here) Quote
Chaoss Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 I totally agree, I've supported this since EoC came out. At least they fixed it early on so the poison stopped hitting 1s and 2s when you could be at 990 life points. Still though, it's pretty negligible compared to how it used to be. Quote
