Slayer Pure based on combat mix

So I was wondering which sets would people think would be best suited to having a "slayer pure" my previous build was just on trying to max every combat skill. Granted I'm a huge fan of Range/Mage but was thinking about a stats build mix. Just didn't know the right approach
