Sobend
I'm going to write all four of the quests unless someone else wants to. It will honestly probably take all summer because I don't play anymore really and it apparently takes 50 hours to get all the requirements. Jack of Spades By: Sobend Special Thanks to: Essential Info Requirements Quests: Diamond in the Rough Skills: Items: Recommended Quests: Skills: Items: Getting Started Speak to Emir Ali Mirza in the heart of Al Kharid's palace to begin. He will speak of new developments occurring in Menaphos which may lead to peaceful relations between the two cities. He asks for your help as a diplomat. Accept this, and once you have finished your conversation with the Emir, go up the staircase and speak with Osman. Once you have finished speaking with Osman, head up another flight of stairs to the palace roof, and head south until you see Hassan. Speak with Hassan. During your conversation you will see a cutscene involving Menaphos, and then head to Menaphos with Hassan using magic carpets. Jack of Spades Upon arrival at Menaphos, you will be brought to your living quarters, where you will encounter the mysterious figure known as the Jack of Spades. You will be tasked with tracking him down. Speak to a guard and he will tell you to speak to Admiral Wadud in the Golden Scarab Inn. This inn is in the port district of town (the southern most district), and should be highlighted on your map. During your conversation with Wadud, the Jack of Spades will again appear and steal something, this time from Wadud. Wadud suggests you go see Commander Akhomet in front of the Imperial Palace for help. On conversing with her, the Jack of Spades will of course turn up and steal a prized item. Akhomet will suggest you speak with Batal, a member of Menaphos' worker district. The worker district is directly north of the palace, and Batal can be found near the bonfire. Speak with Batal, and after he is ceremoniously robbed by the Jack of Spades, he will suggest looking for the Jack of Spades in the city's underground tomb network. Head into the tomb near Batal and speak with the Jack of Spades. He will reveal himself to be Ozan, and will discuss his reasons for his theft. He will give you the stolen items to return. Return these items. Conclusion Once you have done this, speak to Hassan in the merchant district. Congratulations, Quest Complete! Rewards 500 Agility XP 500 Construction XP 500 Dungeoneering XP 500 Thieving XP Access to Menaphos, including district reputation and its shifting tombs beneath its streets Two TH keys Gaining Menaphos Reputation After completion of this quest, you will be able to gain Menaphos reputation. Gaining reputation is necessary to complete the other three Menaphos quests: Crocodile Tears, Our Man in the North, and Phite Club. Gaining reputation will also give you perks around the city, namely access to deposit boxes and bank chests in the city districts. To begin gaining reputation, choose a city district on the top of your screen, right click that district, and click activate. You will then begin gaining reputation for that district and overall reputation. Reputation can be gained by skilling at various areas around the city, playing the shifting tombs minigame, and interacting with soul obelisks which will occasionally spawn in city districts. The fastest way to gain reputation is to interact with the obelisks, using a friends chat to find the obelisks. Interacting with the obelisks will drain your health, so a means of healing is necessary. However, there is a 20,000 reputation daily cap for the obelisks. Once you have hit your cap, the fastest way to gain reputation would be to go to the shifting tombs minigame. This is an activity that requires concentration. If you want something more relaxed, try powerfishing at the Port District. It can take 40-50 hours to get rank 10 overall reputation in Menaphos. Rank 9 is required for the last quest, Phite Club.
