Under required items it mentions:

Items: 1x Ghostspeak Amulet, 1x Silver Sickle*

However to craft the Silver Sickle you need to use a silver bar with the sickle mould. So it should mention that a required item is a silver bar, craftable into the sickle.

Or you can just buy a silver sickle from the GE.

Edit: The ghasts are level 35, not 50. You kill the ones in the area.
