Sometimes If i'm just recording the screen, I'll use quicktimes screen capture options. Also, just as a tip, try making your gameplay more engaging. Do things people want to see, nobody wants to see you fish. If you wanted to, record yourself talking over the video about what your goals are, or different stuff in runescape.
