Troy Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Great guide and so fast the skills only so new, gratz, have a cold one on cam
Aranathor Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 nice guide! have an poor mans way=uber-crazy-ness <--- man that is one ugly smiley
Deadazer Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Thanks, it is always nice to do a guide every once in awhile. For those who think like ©hris and Zerstören: Yes, The Construction Guide is still comming out so I figured other ways will be stuck in the guide somehow. I was trying to show people that there are other ways to do construction cheaper and faster. Take fletching for example, if you where to only make normal short bow until level 99 it would take over 1.3 million logs and that is if they where stringed, too. There are always more than one way to do things and I just used three.
Dr Skull Posted June 8, 2006 Posted June 8, 2006 Good job Daedazer! Very nice guide! Very good for people who want to get their construction up! ~Dr Skull
Caymus Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 I totally agree with Zerstören.I just got from 1-41 construction today in about 2.5 hours and I didn't do anything remotely similar. All my method needed was about 50 laws, 41 woodcutting, a rune axe and determination. o.O Oh and I only spent 100k! Sorry guys I don't think this is up to par. VERY unrealistic methods. :X That's what i was thinking, i spent only about 100k and a day to get to 34, larders are much faster xp as well, 284 xp each. But! the guide is new, good, and the skill is new, so i'm sure they'll be upgrading it. Good work guys.
Kuittaa Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Well done Deadazer, excellent guide! The guide is perfect on what it is telling. Note that it mentions "butler" in the beginning; thus larders are out of question in the "I Want Exp" -part. Demonic butler and oak larders increase the total costs quite a bit. To those who say methods are unrealistic; I followed some of then (mainly "I Want Exp"), and found time/exp-ratio quite satisfying. When I hit level 60 I hired demonic butler to get the whole thing done faster with larders. Personally, I would definitely want to see someone who uses "Poor Man's Way" all the way.
Guest Death2Noobz1 Posted June 10, 2006 Posted June 10, 2006 The guide is a little short. I am amazed at how there are no charts. It really needs to be more than an "XP getting" guide. -Dusty-
Zero_ Posted June 12, 2006 Posted June 12, 2006 Awesome guide ÐædÃzêr, i hope to see even better ones in the future!
Yorick Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 Please, before you say "Awesome Job!!!" READ the guide. It only provides a 'detailed' explanation for up to 33. Tell me, who makes the same thing for 66 levels?
Kuittaa Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 Those who can afford to do it and want to get done quickly; and/or those who are obsessed with training. If I wanted to raise my construction (all the way to 99), I would do nothing but continue building larders (either with oak or teak). Poor man's way is a bit unrealistic, but a good addition.
