EDIT

Read the book at your lease, and bring it with you to seer's village. You can teleport to camelot if you want.

Another way if you have done gnome stronghold quest is to go south-west to al kharid take the glider to gnome tronghol and then take the glider to the white wolf mountain (the reason you must go to the stronghold first is because you can go to the moutain strait away

Go downstairs. You will be inside a vast, secondary workshop. To the west is an old, broken elemental claw crane and a few crates.

its south i went west and it wasnt there then i went south and it was

Now, rotate it so it can be above the lava using the southern lever. Lower the crane again. This should dip your elemental bar into the lava, and it will turn Orange.

It's the eastern lever.

You need the original book of the elemental shield.

The one you get in seers.

Map added ;)

EDIT : APPARENTLY : Cogs are located at different locations for everyone. I Don't know if it's the same with the pipe.

Yes, I think it is also. As my pipe was near the water tank, rather than near the other crate.

Read the book at your lease, and bring it with you to seer's village. You can teleport to camelot if you want.

lease should be leisure.

To connect the pipe junctions, simply click on one pipe section and then click the section to wich you want to connect it to

Should be: which

You should be zapped and lose some magic levels temporarly

Should be: temporarily

Hope that helps
