Mind Shield
Location
During the quest Elemental Workshop II, Smith an Elemental Bar from four pieces of Coal and one Elemental Ore and follow the steps on how to make a primed mind bar (don't worry about all the repairs just ignore them). Then just use the primed bar on the workbench in the first workshop while carrying a Hammer and the Slashed Book to make a Mind Shield.
