Use a Earth Rune on the Fire altar while carrying a Pure Essence (one for each Earth Rune) and a Earth Talisman. Alternatively, you can replace the Water Runes and Earth Talisman with Fire Runes and Fire Talisman and craft the rune at the Earth Altar.
