Receive it as an uncommon drop from Cave Horrors, requiring level 58 Slayer to kill.
Effects
Black masks have two different effects. Firstly, the masks give you an estimated 15% bonus to Attack and Strength when fighting your Slayer assignment. Secondly, the masks have 10 charges that can reduce your enemies' Defense by 3 - 10 levels. These charges are activated randomly, and work when fighting your Slayer assignment, another monster, or another player. When the 10 charges are all used up, the mask and its bonuses will continue.

Caves Horrors are located in a cave on Mos Le'Harmless. A light source is needed to navigate the cave.
