Site Changes and Forum Overhaul

Well first of all, I've changed the home page a little bit. I took out the RuneScape animation that I made, seeing that there wasn't any real point to it since there's the top banner on every page neways. I've also added some cool text to a few of the important parts of this page like news and info. There's even a new Halloween animation that I made myself! I also wanted to give credit to the maker of the countdown timer that I've put on the site. Thanks a lot to Dynamic Drive!!

As for the overhauls, I've decided to drop the Scape Forum, as it is hardly even used, except for 4 people.
