Submissions Updated!

Today I finally got a chance to update all of the submissions that have accumulated over the past 2 months, including the Player Tips and Questions sections. It took awhile, but at last they're complete! I also revised an answer to one of the questions, and I fixed the repeat of an entire section of player tips that had been caused from the update of the site design from before. Anyways, enjoy the latest tips and answers to your RuneScape questions!
